What a Great Day you had, it is hard to see an Owl.

It really was a great day! Yes, they must be experts at hiding!

We have a pair of owls that hang out out side our bedroom window sometimes and we hear them calling to each other. It is magical. I have never seen them however. Maybe owls are an important reminder to pay attention to the unseen world. You have real evidence of their unseen presence but in order to appreciate them you must stop and lean in and listen. I hope you get to see one someday dear brother and when you do make sure you snap a picture 😉

I love to hear the owls … for a time, several years ago, there were a few in our neighborhood I could hear. But it’s been a while. Love the idea of paying attention to the unseen world! I hope to get that pic too! Thanks!

That last Bible verse...😄

I love that you're finding ways to enjoy the outdoors - and the lions and tigers and bears! Oh, my! - just kidding! I don't wish any of those, or slithering nope ropes with fangs, to cross your paths...not dangerously anyways. What a joy it is to connect with God through His creation!

And the line about it, joy, being in the experience.🤍

Nope ropes LOL … I don’t like them up close for sure. When looking around in nature I often just say, ‘thank you Lord’! Appreciate the response!

Thanks friend. I haven’t heard of any bear sightings at Black Bayou, but I saw a picture from a few years ago of a pretty large bobcat … and I did hear something I couldn’t identify in the woods. Who knows!
